LATEST UPDATE - THE MADNESS JUST GETS WORSE

Now that Slimy Sunak the Snake has published his proposed legislation to make the Rwanda policy work, let's look at the details.

The first point to bear in mind is that the House of Lords can – and will - block this Bill from becoming law before the next election. I explained this in my original article (which is well worth reading to understand the background) HERE:

No wonder that ministers are already hinting that they will consider amendments that the Lords may propose, thus weakening the Bill even further. But even if, by some miracle, the Bill made it onto the statute book in its current form, would it work? The answer is NO.

LEGAL MADNESS

Rishi Sunak has blustered that under the new Rwanda Bill successful legal challenges against deportation will be “vanishingly rare” because the bill is so tightly drafted. That's simply not true. Yes, the Bill does have some good features to it – such as requiring the courts to consider Rwanda safe, and precluding challenges under domestic and international law. But, and it's a very BIG BUT, the Bill fails to preclude all legal challenges. This is not a mistake or an oversight – the government has made it clear that this is a deliberate decision. And it is mad and fatally undermines the Bill.

Legal challenges will be allowed if the asylum-seeker can show that, because of his “particular individual circumstances” Rwanda “is not a safe country”. Note that it doesn't say that the individual will be persecuted by the Rwanda government, only that the country in general won't be safe. This is a crucial flaw. I can almost guarantee what will happen: those who are selected to be sent to Rwanda will all claim to be homosexual and say that Rwanda is not a safe country for them. And the courts will agree and block the deportation. This is because while homosexuality is not illegal, we are constantly told sob-stories in the media that homosexuals face day-to-day discrimination there; this is the sort of nonsense that the marxists in horsehair wigs will latch onto in order to halt deportations. Remember - you read it here first!

No wonder that we read that “The Times has been told that Downing Street was warned by two senior lawyers that the scheme risked failure because it would continue to allow migrants to lodge challenges against their individual removal to Rwanda. Legal advice from a senior government lawyer said “the scheme would be seriously impeded” if the bill did not include a so-called “ouster clause” that barred individual legal challenges. Separate external legal counsel that was sought by the government warned that the failure to bar individual challenges “is inconsistent with the intellectual underpinning of the bill and also would provide an easy way for many applicants to avoid the effects of the bill”.”

And that's not all. Article four of the UK's new Treaty with Rwanda states: “All transfer requests by the UK shall require approval by Rwanda prior to relocation.” We already know Rwanda doesn't want any criminals, so we will end up keeping these, and we will also be sent back any asylum-seekers who commit a crime in Rwanda that leads to a sentence of 5 years imprisonment or longer. So we will end up with all the criminal scumbags! Well that's just wonderful.

CAPACITY MADNESS

However, even setting aside all these concerns, if the Rwanda fairytale were to come true, would it be effective in deterring the Channel invasion? NO. The problem is that in order to be effective we would need to start a massive deportation programme that would shock would-be invaders and scare them off. And this is not the plan! You don't need to take my word for it, just look at what the House of Commons Library Research Briefing says: “Announcing the policy in April 2022, then Prime Minister Boris Johnson said “Rwanda will have the capacity to resettle tens of thousands of people in the years ahead”. The then Deputy Prime Minister later said that the number of people relocated to Rwanda each year was more likely to be in the hundreds. This corresponds with reported indications from the Rwandan Government that it can process 1,000 people over five years.”

A thousand people in five years! That's it. That's less than have come over in a single weekend! This is pitiful. No wonder we are told that migrants in Calais are laughing at the Rwanda policy!

MEDICAL MADNESS

And that's not all. You need to remember that under the agreement with Rwanda we will take people from them! Yes, that's right. Rwanda will send asylum-seekers to the UK! Home Office minister Tom Pursglove has confirmed that the government “would be willing to take a very small number of people from Rwanda, for example, if people had complex needs that couldn’t be met in Rwanda, that we could perhaps better meet here in the United Kingdom”. What this means is that anyone in Rwanda suffering from a serious illness, requiring complicated and expensive medical treatment, will be sent here to be treated by the NHS. The government might claim that only a “very small number” will come here, but when directly asked if there was a cap on how many Rwanda could send us Pursglove admitted “there isn’t”. Well that great, isn't it? The NHS has so much spare capacity – why not treat the whole of Rwanda as well? The government are not just stupid, they are TRAITORS. The Tories are SCUM who must be destroyed at the next election.

Nobody else is talking about this terrible new burden on our already overstretched health system. Remember - you read it here first!

FINANCIAL MADNESS

And the final cherry on this poisonous cake is how much it is costing us. Until now we were told that we were giving Rwanda £140 million. Note that only £20 million was actually for the facilities to house the asylum-seekers – the other £120 million was for Rwanda's “economic development” - ie. this was a bribe to get them onside. But it gets worse! After much pressure the Home Office has now revealed that another £100 million has been paid this year, and £50 million more is due to be handed over next year. So that will take the total cost of this insane scheme to £290 million! With not a single asylum-seeker likely to be sent there!! Actually, that might be just as well, since if any are ever sent to Rwanda they will be entitled to legal aid in order to support their asylum claim and any appeals they want to make ... and guess who will be paying for that - yes, that's right, the UK! In other words YOU will, thanks to the Tories.

LATEST UPDATE – GUTLESS TORY COWARDS

So, after days of feverish speculation, and plenty of evidence that my conclusions (above) are absolutely right and that the Rwanda Bill will be utterly useless, Tory MPs nevertheless voted in favour of it at second reading, with a tiny number abstaining (38 in total, but not all necessarily in protest at its ineffectualness), and not a single one voting against. As I've always said – you can never trust the Tories. They talk loudly but then always betray you. What is the point of another law that achieves nothing? It's all just for show.

Lies

The proof that the government knows that Rwanda Bill is a sham and will not 'Stop the Boats' is that the Home Office is currently advertising for private contractors to operate two large centres in Kent until at least 2030, with the option of an extension to 2034, to manage the arrival of migrants on small boats – and are offering £700 million for whoever is chosen to run the "permanent" facilities. If you ever needed a 'smoking gun' to show that the government is lying to you then this is it!

Lies

The government is also lying about how much they are going to give the Rwandan government. First we were told it was £140 million. Then they grudgingly admitted they would give another £100 million this year and a further £50 million in 2024/25, making £290 million in total. But today (12/12) in the House of Commons, the Home Secretary James Cleverly admitted (in response to a question by his Labour shadow, Yvette Cooper) that they would give yet another £50 million in 2026, making a new grand total of £340 million! Just how many more hundreds of millions of pounds of our money are these mentally retarded Tories going to throw away?

Lies

The Times has revealed that “a leaked Home Office assessment”, marked “official sensitive”, has claimed that the invaders will be able to “frustrate their removal by submitting repeated legal appeals” which “could lead to delays of between 239 and 420 days” - even if they do not succeed! These claims will clog up the courts and effectively collapse the system.

And while Slimy Sunak-the-Snake said that the number of successful legal challenges against deportations will be “vanishingly rare”, the Guardian reports that Michael Tomlinson, the new Minister for Illegal Migration, “said the proposed legislation would shut out 80% of the claims that had prevented the Rwanda flights from taking off”. Whoa - hang on a minute! That means that 20% of invaders will still be able to appeal – hardly a “vanishingly rare” number, is it? And that is based on the claims that have been made in the past. But lefty lawyers will now inevitably make a whole new set of claims, based (as I've said above) on the asylum-seeker's alleged sexuality, or maybe his mental health, which will mean many more being able to appeal.

The government has lied and lied and lied again about this madness, and yet still the useless Tory MPs support them. Sunak and his Tory parliamentary sheep will NEVER stop illegal immigrants invading Britain, or turn back the swarm of legal immigrants either. Stop voting for these Conservative TRAITORS, or Britain will forever cease to exist.

The only solution

I have set out the solution to the invasion of fraudulent asylum-seeker criminals before. Here it is again. The government just needs to pass a law (with a ‘notwithstanding clause’ so that it supersedes all other laws and obligations) that says:

1. Anyone travelling through a safe country, without applying for asylum there, will automatically be deemed to be fraudulent and will not be eligible for refugee status.

2. The fact they didn't bother to apply for asylum when they had the opportunity to do so means that we automatically believe they are not in danger in their home country.

3. Every single person arriving illegally will therefore be deported to their home country. No exceptions of any kind. And this applies to those here already!

4. There is NO right of appeal, of any kind whatsoever.

5. The invader will be held in custody until their deportation.

This would solve the problem overnight. Nobody would go to all the trouble and expense of coming all the way here if they knew for certain that they would immediately be sent right back to square one! But of course the Tories won't do this. No, I've told you before: if you want sensible patriotic policies you need to start voting for sensible patriotic politicians!
