WHO POLICES THE POLICE?

And who judges the judges?

Every society needs a group of men trained, and armed, to protect it from external and internal threats. But who is to protect society from those protectors, should they turn rogue? It's a question as old as time. The Romans had a very apposite expression to sum up the problem: Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? (Who guards the guards?). Earlier still, in Ancient Greece, Aristotle had asked the same question, and the solution he came up with was that these guards should be imbued with a set of noble and altruistic moral and social values that meant they would put the interests of Athens and its citizens above all else.

Yeah, right. That might have worked then but fast forward 2,200 years and it sure as hell isn't working now.

Recent events have shown that the British police have turned from the protectors of the people to its corrupt and depraved oppressors. No wonder they are now commonly referred to as the 'Starmer Stasi'. And the sulphurous stench of evil extends to the judiciary, too. We do not have fair and impartial arbiters of justice anymore. We have kangaroo courts presided over by marxist despots masquerading as judges but acting as the lackeys and hatchet men of a stalinist government at war with its own people.

In truth, Socrates' solution didn't work even in his day, as he discovered at the cost of his own life, when he was tried on trumped-up charges and sentenced to death. And today the idea of an honourable, even-handed and dependable police and judiciary is nothing but a childish fantasy, when these have been utterly corrupted by their malicious and malevolent political masters.

For make no mistake – the police and the courts have been perverted into the instruments of totalitarian oppression by the government. And they no longer even pretend to abide by the norms of fairness and justice that have been part of our common law since Anglo-Saxon times (before even the Magna Carta 800 years ago) – such as the presumption of innocence until guilt is proven. So we have the Home Office publishing Tweets on Twitter (or X, as Musk the Magnificent would have us call it) boasting that “More than 1,000 arrests related to recent public disorder” have been made and saying that “These criminals will face the full force of the law”. Err, pardon? Don't you mean that “These suspects will be given a fair trial”? No, obviously that's not how Britain works anymore.

So we now have two-tier policing, with those who are opposed to the government's policy of flooding Britain with primitive and savage third-world immigrants and muslim extremists designed to replace the native white population, viciously attacked by the police, randomly arrested and sentenced to lengthy terms of imprisonment, while the foreign invaders who hate Britain, British history and British heritage treated with kid gloves while they attack, rob and rape the host population, all the while living like parasites on benefits paid for by those same native white Britons.

And yes, that is exactly what is happening. The police and the judges are politically biased and corrupt. They do hate white patriots. White patriots are arbitrarily arrested on the streets and in their own homes, with the only 'crime' they have committed being that of verbally and peacefully objecting to their own ethnic cleansing.

The Left will deny this, so here are just a few examples of the two-tier policing and justice system that we now have: A man who didn’t take part in any violence, but simply waved an England flag, was sentenced to two years in prison. Meanwhile, almost every week London is invaded by hate-filled protesters waving Palestinian flags who are protected by the police rather than arrested.

Or take the man who threw a bicycle at the closed door an illegal-immigrant hotel; there was nobody around (so no-one was injured or even intimidated) and no damage was caused – and yet he received 27 months in prison for effectively just littering! On the other hand, the muslim rioter who threw a can at white protesters – endangering actual people - and found guilty of violent disorder was let off with just a suspended sentence and a few hours of unpaid work.

Or look at the white man who has been jailed for simply banging on the doors of a illegal-immigrant hotel and shouting abuse at those inside; no violence, just words, and yet he was sentenced to two years' imprisonment. Now compare this to the muslim thug who threatened to gun down and stab staff and audience members at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre because “he hated the English”; he was convicted of racially aggravated offences, of causing fear of violence and of causing alarm or distress, as well as three separate charges of malicious communication – and yet he walked free after again only being given a suspended sentence.

Or take the white man who was convicted of shouting “aggressively” at a police dog; he got 20 months in prison for violent disorder. On the other hand, two immigrants physically assaulted an innocent man and were convicted of violent disorder, Actual Bodily Harm and possession of an offensive weapon – these two criminals who committed actual physical violence were, yet again, only given suspended sentences.

The differences in the sentences is stark and provides unequivocal and incontrovertible proof of the double standards being applied. If you are white, British and a patriot the police and judges will oppress you and discriminate against you, whereas if you are an immigrant or a muslim you will be given a free pass to commit any crime you want – short of actual murder – and be let off with a slap on the wrist and not a single day in prison.

So why are the police and the judges acting like extreme left-wing scum? Well, partly because some of them are extreme left-wing, white patriot-hating, politicised scum (especially the judges), partly because the police forces have been flooded with immigrant recruits (with these promoted above their level of ability through illegal race discrimination in their favour, as has been determined by employment tribunals), and partly because the remaining police officers are either cowed into submitting to and cooperating with the woke agenda for fear of being sacked if they don't, or are simply careerist mercenaries who have no decent values and are willing to promote the marxist agenda in order to gain promotion.

Whatever their motivation, the fact is that their behaviour is explicitly designed to intimidate and oppress white patriots. Their actions are the equivalent of left-wing terrorism, in the literal sense: they want to instil fear and terror in patriots so that they do not object to the destruction of their country and the murder and replacement of their race.

Remember the origin of the protests: the horrific murder of three little girls by a filthy second-generation immigrant, who was only in this country because his father apparently benefited from of our suicidally-lax asylum laws which grant refugee status to lying third-world savages, criminals, and parasites. Immigration does lead to increased crime. Just consider this horrifying statistic: despite making up only 13% of London’s total population, black Londoners account for 53% of knife crime perpetrators and 61% of knife murder perpetrators. No wonder the government is now refusing to release the statics for crimes committed by foreigners!!

Decent, concerned, patriotic British citizens were perfectly entitled, and morally justified, in protesting against these fake, asylum-seeking scum.

You may think that calling these people 'scum' is rather harsh, but think about it logically. They are all illegal immigrants, and as such are all criminals. The clue is in the word 'illegal'! They are all parasites, as they are housed, fed and cared for at our expense. And they are all liars, as they are claiming asylum but are not coming from a country where they are in danger (they are coming from the world's favourite holiday destination: France!). I think that no-one could deny that someone who is a criminal, a parasite and a liar qualifies to be described as 'scum'! And no, this isn't 'waycist', since a large number of these invaders come form Albania – a European country.

But it's not just the invaders who are scum. It's also the police and the judges who are arresting and imprisoning people for no reason other than they are white patriots opposed to the flooding of their neighbourhoods by criminal and parasitic invaders. Very often these people have done absolutely nothing wrong. Take, for instance, the grandmother who was jailed for 15 months simply for writing on Facebook: “Blow the mosque up with the adults in it”. Let me be very clear: this statement is not a crime. It is hyperbole, which is a long-standing literary device of using figurative language and exaggerating a situation, action or feeling to intensify the image and to make a point more effectively and more memorable. It is not meant to be taken literally!

The police may well be too stupid to understand this, but I cannot believe this of the judge. He knew full well that this Facebook post was mere rhetoric, but claimed “you threatened a mosque … It truly was a terrible threat”. No she didn't, and no it wasn't, you lying piece of shit. She never threatened anyone! To understand that you can express yourself in a vivid way, and that while it may appear threatening to the mentally-retarded or to politically-motivated opponents, this is not illegal, you need only think back to the case of Jo Brand.

While she may well be fat, ugly and distinctly unfunny, she has the same right to free speech as the rest of us, and that is why, when she said, in response to an incident where a milkshake was thrown over Nigel Farage: “Why bother with a milkshake when you could get some battery acid?”, she was not prosecuted. And rightly so. As she went on to say: “I’m not going to do it. It’s purely a fantasy, but I think milkshakes are pathetic, I honestly do, sorry.”

And that's the point. You can say that you believe in something which is a criminal act without this being a threat if you have no intention of actually doing it and are merely expressing an opinion – or as Jo Brand put it, “a fantasy”. The poor grandmother imprisoned for a Facebook post should never have pleaded guilty to “sending a communication to convey a threat of death or serious harm”, as this is clearly not what she did. Just like the BBC said of Jo Brand, she was merely being “deliberately provocative”, and was “not intended to be taken seriously”.

She wasn't in reality threatening anyone, and her post was protected under Article 10 of the Human Rights Act 1998 – just as my articles on this website are! Article 10 says: “Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority”. Yes, there are limitations, and the Act explains that this freedom “may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.”

“Aha”, the left-wing scum will say, “you see, public safety and the prevention of disorder or crime trump freedom of speech!” Yes, this is true, but the point is that if you are going to claim that somebody has said something that endangers public safety or is likely to lead to crime or disorder then you need to prove it. And do so beyond all reasonable doubt. What evidence was there that this grandmother's post was likely to lead to the mosque being burnt down? None. Did anyone burn the mosque down as a result of her post, or attempt to do so? No.

The simple fact is that someone expressing their views online, and using vivid rhetorical flourishes, is not a danger, and the likelihood that what they say will lead to a genuine crime is vanishingly small and therefore not sufficiently serious as to negate their freedom of speech. Prosecuting and imprisoning people for no good reason and without any serious evidence that what they say really does endanger public safety or is genuinely likely to lead to crime or disorder is political oppression and merely an attempt to terrorise people into submission. It is undemocratic and evil.

There is no doubt that these judges who lie and distort the law and who turn British justice into kangaroo courts know that what they are doing. They are evil, marxist, white-hating racists and Britain-hating traitors. They are the “Thinkpol” that George Orwell warned about in 1984: the thought police who monitor and prosecute the population to eradicate thoughts that go against the policies of the government. They are scum. They are trying to destroy our country and are filling it with foreign murderers. Just take the case of the Ugandan killer who clubbed a man to death, while the victim was in the back of an ambulance! The judge in his case decided he couldn't be deported back to Uganda because this would harm his “mental wellness”. This level of judicial insanity is proof of their evil desire to destroy this country.

Everything we are told about the protests against the brutal murder of those three little girls is a lie. The Labour MP for Southport, Patrick Hurley, told the BBC that the unrest was “led by people from outside the town”. No. As even the Guardian has been forced to admit: “It was a tempting conclusion to draw for those living in riot-hit areas. But it was not true.” The Guardian goes on to explain: “The majority of people charged in connection with the unrest were local to the disturbances in which they were accused of taking part”.

As we have seen, most of those arrested and convicted were charged with utterly trivial offences – and in many cases were not guilty of any offence at all! At the same time, we are told in the Daily Telegraph that “Violent knife and sex offenders can increasingly escape prosecution if they show contrition and say sorry”. The newspaper explains that “more than 147,000 people accused of offences including sex crimes, violence and weapons possession across the UK were given community resolutions in the year to March instead of being prosecuted. Such resolutions do not result in a criminal record”. So why weren't the protesters treated this way? Their 'crimes' (which in many cases weren't crimes at all) were far, far less serious. So why the double standards? Because, as I have shown, the police and the courts are guilty of two-tier justice – and don't let anybody try to say otherwise.

This does not, by the way, only apply to white patriots protesting against immigrant murderers. It goes beyond that and anyone who expresses traditional values or views is now in danger. Just look at the case of Christian preacher, Hatun Tash, who was falsely arrested at Speakers' Corner in London. For no reason whatsoever, the police arrested and frogmarched her through a baying crowd of Islamic extremists who abused and assaulted her. At the police station she was strip-searched, interrogated at 4 am and held in a cell for 15 hours. Supported by the Christian Legal Centre, Hatun took legal action against the police and they have now settled and paid her £10,000. As this poor woman explained: “The police have repeatedly taken away my rights and told me that they cannot protect me because they do not want to offend a certain group of people. More must be done to properly deal with Islamic violence and intimidation at Speakers’ Corner. We don’t live in Pakistan; we don’t live in Saudi Arabia. I am Christian and by default I believe that Muhammad is a false prophet. I should be allowed to say that in the UK without being stabbed or repeatedly arrested. I am concerned that power has been handed over to Muslim mobs on Britain’s streets, and that there is no coming back from this. The British public urgently need and deserve better policing.”

Yes, we do deserve better policing, and better judges too. And this takes us back to the question of how we can achieve this. It is at this point that I need to have a little rant at those morons I regularly encounter when out politicking, either leafleting or canvassing, who say things like 'there's no point voting – it's a waste of time', or 'all political parties/politicians are the same' or 'voting doesn't change anything'. Sorry, but these people are imbeciles and are the cause of all our problems. They are not happy with the way the country is run but are not willing to do anything about it, not even place a cross on a piece of paper!

The only way to achieve change is through the ballot box. By all means go out and protest peacefully on the streets if you want – you have a right to do so (but make sure to wear a hat, dark glasses and a mask, so that you are not wrongly arrested when you have done nothing wrong!) - but this won't actually achieve anything. Freedom and justice will only be restored when we have a government that sacks the marxist police and judicial scum, replaces them with fair and decent patriots, and gives them clear instructions to defend the right to free expression.

So which party should people vote for? Well, it certainly isn't Labour! This is the party that is now releasing dangerous and violent criminals early in order to free up prison spaces to lock up patriots who wave the Union Flag or make harmless rhetorical comments online. And there's the ultimate tragedy of the current problem: most of those arrested for protesting against immigrant murderers live in Labour-controlled areas and probably either voted Labour or didn't bother to vote at all and let Labour in by default. The neighbourhood with the most people charged for taking part in the protests is an area of Manchester called Miles Platting (six people from here have been prosecuted so far). And at the local elections in May Labour won the ward (Miles Platting and Newton Heath) with 66.6% of the vote! Talk about turkeys voting for Christmas!!

But voting Conservative isn't the solution either. They are currently in the midst of a leadership campaign, but whoever wins will make absolutely zero difference – they will remain a party of mass third-world immigration, high crime, high taxes, net zero and surrender to the EU. Why do I say this with such confidence? After all, you might say, some of the leadership contenders have spoken out against these things (albeit very mildly!). The problem with the Tories is that the vast majority of their MPs are left-wing fifth-columnists and they will refuse to vote for any policies that go against the current anti-white, anti-British woke agenda. So who is the leader of this nest of traitors makes no difference as they will never be able to pass any sensible, traditional, patriotic policies through parliament.

No. The only way to save Britain is to get out and vote – and to vote for the most 'right-wing' (also known as 'sensible and patriotic'!) party on the ballot paper. In most cases this will be Reform UK, as they are the largest party on the Right and will stand in the most seats. But if there is a smaller, more right-wing party on the ballot paper then vote for them instead. Reform UK need to be kept honest. Nigel Farage is always trying to deflect the accusations by the left-wing media of being extremist or racist and is far too ready to water down his statements and policies in order to do so. He must understand that if he goes too far in this direction and becomes indistinguishable from the Conservatives then he will lose votes, not gain them.

There is hope. We can save Britain. But to do this we must engage in political activity. Join a patriotic party, get out and leaflet, stand as a candidate – it really isn't as difficult as you may think (and can even be a lot of fun!). Let's get our country and our freedom back!
